The Jillicious Desserts TM Story
I have always loved baking and learned at a young age from my Mom. After completing my Bachelors Degree, I secured a good job and was promoted to several management positions in that company. But as time wore on I realized that although I liked what I was doing I didn’t love it. I decided that I needed to be doing something I was passionate about. So I quit my job to attend school full-time at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. I quickly discovered my passion for baking & pastry and knew I had finally figured out “what I wanted to be when I grew up”. After working in the Bay Area for awhile, I decided to combine what I had learned from my culinary education & work experiences and my years of business experience to create Jillicious Desserts. I moved back home to the Pacific Northwest to focus on my business full-time. All Jillicious Desserts are made right here in my licensed domestic kitchen, and each dessert is baked fresh to order. I love to create new desserts that are elegant as well as delicious.
